Do you ship to other countries?
Presently we only ship across Canada. There are some wonderful gift basket companies that we would recommend for international sales.
How do you ship/deliver?
We will find the most reasonable price in the time it needs to arrive. It may arrive Canada Post, UPS or hand delivered by one of us.
Will you make a custom order if I want something that's not on your site?
We specialize in creating exactly what you are trying to express. We will do our best, with all our supplier resources to get custom items that you request, we are also able to add any spirits or company products to any of our baskets.
Can I exchange one product in a basket for another?
We are here to create the basket you wish to send. You can exchange any products from our baskets or start from scratch and create your own basket. Our inventory is constantly growing as we discover new and unique products.
What are your hours of operation?
You may call or email us anytime, our in office hours vary as we make deliveries and pick up supplies. We have an answering service that we always check and we monitor the email regularly throughout the day. We are prompt in answering any enquiries as your business and satisfaction are very important to us.
As it pertains to the BC Liquor Control Act, we are not a delivery service. We can not store any alcohol products. All alcholic beverages are purchased directly from a licensed retail outlet at regular prices. We will add a nominal fee of $5.00 to the purchase price of the spirits for your basket.
